We are seeking a motivated and reliable Parts Puller to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for disassembling electronic and mechanical units for parts and recyclable materials. You will also assist in receiving shipments and supporting various warehouse operations as needed.
This position involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment with consistent activity and background noise (e.g., forklifts in operation, unit testing, alarms). Ideal candidates are comfortable with hands-on work and can adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
Dependable and efficient team player with a strong work ethic
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Solid working knowledge of hand and power tools
Willingness to assist with a variety of warehouse tasks, including unloading trailers, moving units, and other general duties as needed
Proactive attitude, with the confidence to ask questions and seek guidance when necessary
Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts is preferred, but not required
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Responsibilities:
Disassemble units using hand and power tools to recover usable parts and recyclable components
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Assist with dock organization and general warehouse cleanliness
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy equipment and materials
Handle and prepare parts for refurbishment with care and precision
