Job Summary Execute day to day operations of e-Commerce marketplace.

General Accountabilities Selects merchandise from within retail store. Properly researches price on merchandise to stay competitive. Lists merchandise according to researched price. Properly captures picture of merchandise according to company standards. Obtains merchandise requested by customer from listed stock. Answers customer's questions concerning description, price, and use of merchandise. Verifies payment was successfully made. Prepares merchandise for shipping if applicable. Calculates sales discount to determine price. Keeps record of sales and records accordingly. Ensure good customer service by addressing the timely resolution of customer issues or comments *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Some previous work-related experience Familiarity with online selling platforms Familiarity with computers and technology Bilingual a plus English/Spanish
