The Morgan Law Group, PA, is seeking a self-motivated bilingual paralegal with at least three years of experience in general civil litigation. As a paralegal, you will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office efficiency. Conduct legal research using  Westlaw  and other resources. Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Maintain and update case files using case management software. Monitor deadlines and manage attorney calendars. Draft and file  Notices, Motions, Subpoenas, and responses to Discovery requests . Communicate with defense counsel and judicial assistants. Qualifications: Minimum  three years  of experience as a paralegal in  civil litigation . Strong understanding of legal procedures, court systems, and protocols. Proficiency in case management software and general computer literacy. Excellent  organizational skills  with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus . Must have a Paralegal Certification or a degree/diploma in paralegal studies.
