Requirements
Previous experience supporting attorneys by drafting legal documents, managing case files, and coordinating daily operations
Excellent communication skills
A strong understanding of legal procedures
The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Manage case files, including organizing documents and performing e-filing in both state and federal courts
Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including scheduling depositions, hearings, client meetings, and deadlines
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and related trial materials
Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times
Perform general administrative tasks such as file management, document organization, scanning, and data entry
8 AM - 5 PM | $20 - $30 per hour
