Overview: Pay range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour depending on qualifications
Position starts on 1 st Shift with start times between 6am - 9am
Note: this role will move to a mid-shift or 2nd shift in the near future.

What's a typical day as a Packaging Line Operator? You'll be: Assisting in the operation of packaging equipment, including kegging, canning, and bottling product.
Successful Packaging Line Operators work with a team to transfer finished beer from brite tanks into cans, bottles, and/or kegs
Performing start-ups, operations, and clean-in-place procedures on all packaging lines in compliance with standard operating procedures and quality assurance programs.
Preparing for the next day's operations by loading and staging required packaging materials and assisting in the preparation of product labels and packaging logs.
Assisting in the cleaning and sanitizing of packaging equipment, including the kegging line, canning line and bottling line.
Maintaining a clean and orderly packaging and work area, returning tools, equipment, and supplies to the appropriate storage areas.
Communicating daily with equipment line lead and packaging manager to ensure the proper rotation and storage of finished goods and packaging raw materials.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have packaging or manufacturing experience, with formal education preferred but not required.
Forklift experience (strongly preferred).
Have strong mechanical skills or aptitude.
Are comfortable working with cleaning agents and related chemicals.
Have basic computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a desire to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Have excellent attendance and are able to work flexible hours.
Have an interest in brewing!
Work environment and physical requirements: Able to sit, stand, walk, or be on your feet for prolonged periods.
Able to regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools.
Able to maneuver packages of any weight above 180 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
Able to move palletized goods exceeding 500-pounds, using appropriate techniques and tools.
Able to work in a factory/production environment which may be loud, slick, humid, cold, and hot.
Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors.
Able to work with and occasionally handle sharp objects and hazardous materials.
Able to work near moving mechanical parts.
