Position Summary
The Owner Services Advisor plays a central role in delivering a seamless, high-touch experience to aircraft owners throughout their journey with Thrive Aviation. This role is equal parts relationship management, operational oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
As the primary point of contact for assigned aircraft owners and their teams, the Owner Services Advisor ensures that expectations are exceeded, questions are answered proactively, and that each owner's experience with Thrive reflects professionalism, transparency, and care. You'll work closely with Flight Support, Maintenance, Accounting, and senior leadership to represent the owner's perspective and priorities internally, while driving service consistency and operational follow-through externally.
Duties & Responsibilities
Owner Relationship Management
Serve as the dedicated Thrive point of contact for assigned aircraft owners and their representatives.
Develop trusted, long-term relationships that support retention, fleet growth, and positive referrals.
Lead regular briefings, reporting touchpoints, and aircraft performance updates tailored to each owner.
Act as a strategic partner, anticipating needs, clarifying complex matters, and resolving concerns with empathy and clarity.
Operational Coordination
Collaborate with Flight Support, Maintenance, Sales and Client Services to align execution with owner expectations.
Monitor upcoming flights, maintenance events, and operational disruptions that impact owners.
Coordinate new aircraft onboardings in partnership with Sales and Flight Operations, ensuring a smooth and professional transition.
Communicate scheduling, operational, and service-related updates clearly and in a timely manner.
Financial Oversight
Partner with the Finance team to support accurate billing, monthly Owner statements, and cost analysis.
Review owner statements for clarity and proactively flag or explain anomalies.
Track contract adherence, fuel and maintenance costs, and variable hourly expenses.
Participate in financial review calls with owners and support budgeting conversations.
Reporting & Software Systems
Use Fl3XX and Thrive's internal reporting tools to track flight activity, owner usage, and performance metrics.
Generate and customize monthly and quarterly reports with operational and financial summaries.
Assist in the development of owner-facing digital tools and dashboards to enhance visibility and service transparency.
Program Development & Standards
Contribute to the development of SOPs and service standards for the Owner Services department.
Participate in internal strategy sessions, process improvement initiatives, and service innovation projects.
Advocate for the owner's perspective in key decisions while balancing operational efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
3+ years in private aviation, aircraft management, luxury client service, or operations required.
Experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals or executive-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with Fl3XX or similar flight scheduling/management software is highly preferred.
High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to communicate professionally across all levels.
Strong financial literacy and the ability to explain complex topics clearly and calmly.
The ideal candidate anticipates needs, identifies opportunities, and takes action without being prompted.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform required duties. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger and required to reach with hands and arms. There is no significant standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. The person in this position needs to be able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. There is a constant operation of a telephone and computer. The employee may be lifting up to 15 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust and focus.
