FINANCIAL PACKAGE Pay Package: Truck only - 70% of the load Truck and trailer - 80% of the load Weekly settlements by ACH (no factoring)

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Must possess a valid Class A CDL Required: Candidates must be 21 years or older Required: Minimum of 4 months of driving experience Required: A safe driving record is essential Required: Equipment should be no older than 7 years Required: No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience, though it's not mandatory Required: A background check will be conducted Required: A clear drug test is necessary Required: A clean Clearinghouse result is mandatory Required: For flatbed opportunities, drivers must physically lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. This will be assessed during orientation, as flatbed drivers tarp approximately 70% of our loads (this is non-negotiable). Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with relevant fair chance ordinances. EQUIPMENT: We welcome both tractor-only and tractor/trailer setups.
