We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Over-the-Counter Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves assisting walk-in customers, responding to email inquiries, text messages, and other forms of communication from customers seeking appliance parts. You will help customers by looking up parts diagrams, checking our in-stock inventory, and placing special orders when needed.

No prior appliance experience is required we will provide full training!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist walk-in customers with appliance parts inquiries and purchases

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Look up parts diagrams to identify correct components for customers needs

  • Check stock availability and place special orders as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales counter area

  • Provide friendly, helpful service to ensure a great customer experience

  • Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and keep accurate records

Qualifications:


  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts lookup systems

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries at once

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
