First week orientation will be 5x8's regardless of regular schedule and may include multiple sites Required Exp: One-year Locums experience along with one-year experience in an FM setting managing routine checkups, chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), and preventive care. Providers must be able to see Newborns to Geriatric patients. Any missing skills/procedures or limitations on seeing certain patients must be disclosed prior to presentation. Epic Exp Required Preferred Exp: Previous experience in an FQHC clinic. Familiarity with Migrant Farm worker patient populations. Spanish Speaking is a plus but not required, staff is available on hand to help translate.
