We are currently seeking motivated OTR & Dedicated Drivers to join our fulfilling team. Pay and Home Time: Average earnings of $80-$90K in your first year, with a minimum transition pay. Top drivers can achieve an average gross pay of $110K+ yearly. Loaded miles starting at $0.66 CPM. Weekly earnings range from $1400 to $1600+. Minimum transition pay of $1200 for the first 6 weeks. OTR drivers enjoy time at home every 10 to 14 days, or longer if preferred. Weekend premium of $75.00 for weekend days after your first solo load. Generous $12,500 sign-on bonus for new drivers, paid out monthly. Receive $75.00 crossing pay for Canada trips. Unlimited $2000 driver referral bonus. Quarterly safety bonus. What You Can Expect from LCL Bulk: Home truck parking. Assigned late model trucks equipped with XM radio, APU, refrigerator, and inverter. Paid orientation and tanker training ($250/day for training). Tanker endorsement is required (we will reimburse if hired). Passports are beneficial and can be reimbursed once hired. Main Responsibilities: Maintain company vehicles with a focus on safety and efficiency. Drive the vehicle safely to your destination, adhering to customer requirements. Maintain accurate ELD logs, following FMCSA regulations and completing necessary trip documentation. Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills with dispatch, customers, and teammates. To be considered for this position, you must: Hold a valid Class A CDL in your residing state. Have 12 or more months of tractor/trailer experience. Be over the age of 21.
