Maximum of 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 years (10 years if prior to holding a CDL). Must pass a DOT physical and drug test; no drug-related convictions in the last 5 years (or 10 years if prior to holding a CDL), and no positive or refused tests in the last 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
