Practice Setting: 28 Physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Providers with diverse specialty training Knee and Shoulder, Spine and Neck, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Hand and Elbow, Orthopedic Trauma, Hip and Knee, Interventional Pain Management, Sports Medicine, and Foot and Ankle Foot and Ankle providers average 75-80 new patient visits per month, on top of 220-260 established patient visits Compensation: Private practice with partnership available after 1 year Guaranteed base plus collections bonuses Additional bonuses from profit distributions Partners are shared owners in a local Spine and Joint Hospital, you're allowed to purchase shares once you're a partner (significant short-term and long-term earning potential) Sign-on, relocation, and Fellowship stipend available Schedule: 2.5 days in Clinic, 2.5 days in Surgery Opportunity for more surgical days ASC in-house, and the ability to operate at local hospitals 3 days a month of group calls, 1-2 days a month of trauma call supported by Traumatologist JN -4
