The specific pay rate and level, if applicable, will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience and location. This position is hybrid requiring the candidate to go into our Livermore, CA or Dallas, TX office 1-3 days a week. “A Day in the Life” As a Oracle Cloud Reporting & Data Insights Analyst you wills tart your day solving real business problems—whether you're building sleek dashboards in Oracle OTBI, fine-tuning Tableau reports, or writing SQL to unlock insights from Fusion data. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence. From configuring Oracle Cloud reporting environments to ensuring data integrity and secure report delivery, your work drives smarter decisions. Every day ends with the satisfaction of making data meaningful.
“What You’ll Do” Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP). Occasionally support and troubleshoot Tableau reports. Write SQL and PL/SQL queries against backend Fusion tables across ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. Combine Fusion data with other sources to create comprehensive insights. Build complex data models, visualizations, and ad-hoc queries to support business needs. Optimize reports for performance, accuracy, and usability. Analyze large datasets within Oracle Cloud to identify trends and actionable insights. Translate technical data into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders. Configure and manage Oracle Cloud reporting environments with a focus on data integrity and security. Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Manage report scheduling, distribution, and access controls. Maintain detailed documentation for all reports, including technical specs and user guides. Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.
“Must Haves” 5–10 years of experience in data reporting and analytics. Proven experience building and supporting Oracle Fusion reports. Strong hands-on experience with: OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) BICC BI Publisher (BIP) SQL and PL/SQL
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion backend data models (ERP, EPM, SCM). Ability to integrate Fusion data with external sources. Solid grasp of Oracle Fusion architecture as it pertains to reporting.
