Operations Manager We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, assembly, quality, and supply chain operations. In this role, you’ll drive production efficiency, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold the highest standards in safety and product quality. What You’ll Do: Lead cross-functional teams to meet production goals and improve workflows. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, safety, and cost. Collaborate with leadership, Engineering, and Sales on new products and business growth. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in operational leadership within manufacturing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies a plus.
