Job Summary

The Operations Clerk III will play a crucial role in supporting the PA (Pricing Agreement) Renewal Specialist function by executing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This individual contributor role ensures effective management of pricing agreements, contributes to process documentation, and facilitates successful customer renewals.

Key Responsibilities Perform non-routine tasks related to Pricing Agreement (PA) Renewals. Document operational processes into clear, organized workflows. Assist in the creation and improvement of training materials. Collaborate with customers, internal departments, and branch staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing assigned tasks. Execute work aligned with specific performance goals and metrics. Annual Renewal Management: Quote annual renewal pricing to customers and follow up consistently to confirm receipt of purchase orders. Customer Outreach: Proactively initiate follow-up calls to customers regarding outstanding or pending purchase orders. Territory Oversight: May manage a designated renewal territory independently. Customer Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner.

Required Qualifications Proven experience in administrative support and customer service roles. Confidence and independence in handling customer follow-ups and communications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both in-office and remotely. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP (training will be provided; a SAP test will be administered post-training). Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required). 2 to 5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes.
