As an Operations Associate, Home Quality , you’ll play a critical role in preparing homes for listing and move-in. From inspection to punch list to final photos, you’ll own the operational process end to end and ensure every home meets Belong’s high standards. Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, Florida. You’ll be working in the field, coordinating vendors, inspecting homes, and keeping timelines on track in real time. What You’ll Do Own a portfolio of homes from inspection to move-in Translate inspection findings into actionable scopes of work Coordinate vendors—handypeople, cleaners, painters, photographers, locksmiths Manage schedules, re-sequence tasks, and solve blockers as they arise Conduct quality checks before and after work is completed Ensure homes are ready for photos, listing, and move-in Keep homeowners, residents, and internal teams informed throughout the process Track tasks, timelines, and invoices using internal tools You’re a Fit If You Are… Highly organized, with excellent time and task management skills A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication Comfortable coordinating multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously Focused on outcomes and quality standards Experienced (1–3 years) in operations, project coordination, or similar execution-focused roles Why Belong At Belong, you’ll join a fast-growing, mission-driven company that’s transforming an entire industry.
