We’re seeking a driven Operational Excellence Intern who is excited to gain hands-on experience in project management tracking, workflow optimization, and scaling strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate directly with practice leads and senior consultants, influencing how we operate and grow in the cybersecurity consulting space.

Requirements: Core Responsibilities In this role, you will: Analyze and improve operations around project management tracking and capability management within the A&A Practice Support operational dashboards and metrics tracking Assisting and defining the escalation process for project execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and refine internal process Codify the change management around AI innovation through Figma

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, technology, or other relevant service area, or equivalent years of experience directly related to Strong analytical and organizational skills Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) Effective communication and interpersonal skills Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
