The Operations team coordinates and executes day to day operations of order processing, returns from customer, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment, while maintaining strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. As a team member, you will collaborate and support various functions within the Operations. Receive product from vendors and other locations, confirm accuracy and enter information in the ERP within specific procedures and protocol. Maintain inventory with accuracy and efficiency. Assist with order fulfillment, customer return processing, repair jobs management preparing and shipping & packaging customer orders per requirements and standards. Communicate and work cross-functionally with other teams regarding customer timelines. Build and maintain vendor relationships. Formulate and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of business. Specific qualifications: The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter who has a lot of enthusiasm and drive, is credible and able to liaise with people at all levels. Ability to communicate effectively. Eye for Details. Ability to maintain organization and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency. Strong computer skills.
