Hematology Oncology Physician Locums Job in Oklahoma Starting ASAP - Ongoing

Dedicated Oncology and Hematology provider needed starting ASAP - Ongoing. Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Additionally, the provider will be expected to take call coverage 2-3 days each week and participate in a weekend call rotation occurring once every ten weeks.

Details/Requirements:
Board Certified or Eligible
Fellowship: preferred
Licensed in Oklahoma or IMLC
ACLS, ATLS, BLS
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe Days: 60-90 days
EMR System: Epic
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Patients under treatment - patient examination
Treatment Administration
Supportive Care Plans and symptom management
Patient Monitoring
New Patient Consults of Hematologic and Oncologic Referrals
Patient Communication
Coordinating with other healthcare professionals
Hospital Rounds
Call Coverage
Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.

Facility includes a cancer resource center and our URAC accredited on-site specialty pharmacy.
Psycho-social support and survivorship care available to your patients.
Genetic testing, early detection, genetic counseling, education and support services, nurse navigators and more available to guide patients through cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.
Multidisciplinary team approach including radiation oncology, surgical oncology, breast oncology, gynecologic oncology, colorectal surgery, etc.
Oncology infusion is located within the same facility, steps away from our clinic spaces.
Oncology nurses are specially trained and licensed in oncology education.
