YOUR SCHEDULE
Enjoy work-life balance with a schedule that fits your lifestyle! This part-time position offers flexible hours from 8 AM - 3 PM, 3-4 days a week, giving you the time you need to focus on what matters most. This position does not start until September 15th.
YOUR DAY AS A PART-TIME OFFICE MANAGER
Each day, you step into the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From managing payroll and keeping finances organized in QuickBooks Desktop to supporting our owner and project manager, you're the go-to person for making things happen. Your keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks help keep the office running efficiently. Whether it's assisting with scheduling, handling invoices, or problem-solving on the fly, you play a crucial role in keeping our business thriving.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and ability to use Quickbooks
Excellent computer skills are preferred
