Summary: Our client located on the east side of Madison is seeking an Office Coordinator to join them on a temp-to-hire basis! The Office Coordinator will assist with answering and directing calls, providing customer service, managing spreadsheets, and will have the opportunity to grow in other areas such as networking, accounting, and more. Hours are full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and pay is $20 per hour. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Office or Administrative Assistant.
Position is fully onsite on the east side of Madison.
Responsibilities: Answering and directing calls Providing customer service, processing requests Maintaining spreadsheets and reports per regulations General office support where needed
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of administrative support experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Willingness to learn various areas of business Willingness to complete background check
