The Role: Office Administrator
Are you the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly, knows how to juggle tasks like a pro, and brings good vibes to the office every day? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-loving Office Administrator who can manage daily operations and help keep our workplace running like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing
Be a culture champion —create an inviting and organized office space that fosters teamwork and positivity
Coordinate team events, training sessions, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that brings our people together
Support departments with daily reporting needs, document management, and general admin
Handle supply orders, FedEx runs, conference calls, and all the little things that keep us running
Manage vendors, office equipment, and IT logistics
Assist with onboarding new hires and supporting leadership with executive tasks
Be our go-to Systems Administrator and Access Control Coordinator
Serve as our in-house Notary Public (or be willing to become one—on us!)
Take ownership of special projects and always be ready to jump in where needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years of relevant office experience
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and modern workplace tools
Reliable, proactive, and people-oriented—you love being the glue that holds a team together
Bonus points if you have experience managing cross-departmental initiatives or working with leadership
Opportunities for advancement in a growing company
$28–$30 per hour , depending on experience
