Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (CCA OT License required)
- Prior experience in a school-based OT role preferred
- Strong understanding of sensory integration, assistive technology, and motor development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt strategies for students with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting educational goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students as indicated by IEPs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility and placement meetings
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer training and resources to staff and caregivers on strategies for classroom success
- Adapt therapeutic activities to various school settings as assigned
