Unit Details: Outpatient | No Call | Daily Patient Volume: 24 pts for an 8hr day Additional Providers/Support Staff: MA's & Support Staff

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks after accepting assignment Start Date: ASAC Duration: 3 month commitment required, w/ option to extend preferred. Shift: 5x8's M-F 8a-5p

Housing/Travel: All Inclusive Pay Structure: Bid Notes: 1hr for chart completion daily | First week orientation will be 5x8's regardless of regular schedule and may include multiple sites
