Job Requirements

* Certificate of Authority to practice is required. * Current CPR certification required.

Nurse Practitioner:

* Master of Nursing (MSN) degree * Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio * Acute Care Certification preferred

Physician Assistant:

* Master's degree * Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio * PA-C
