Job Summary and Qualifications Our Nurse Residency Program equips you with the skills needed to thrive in today's healthcare settings. This paid program includes: Advanced training in your chosen specialty Monthly educational workshops Hands-on training with a dedicated preceptor Skill evaluation through simulations Mentorship from seasoned nurse leaders Opportunities to engage in evidence-based practice projects As an RN Resident, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to department needs and established practice standards.
