Job Summary and Qualifications
Our Nurse Residency Program equips you with the skills needed to thrive in today's healthcare settings. This paid program includes:
Advanced training in your chosen specialty
Monthly educational workshops
Hands-on training with a dedicated preceptor
Skill evaluation through simulations
Mentorship from seasoned nurse leaders
Opportunities to engage in evidence-based practice projects
As an RN Resident, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to department needs and established practice standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patient conditions during shifts and report any changes
Perform medical procedures and document care provided
Administer medications and monitor for responses
Provide exceptional care by addressing patient needs proactively
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and conditions
Qualifications:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of starting
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status
No prior experience necessary
Some travel may be required for training
