New Car Inventory Clerk Location: Lake Elsinore, CA Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $25-30/hr DOE Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: 8-5pm About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented New Car Inventory Clerk to support dealership inventory and accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate vehicle inventory records, timely posting of transactions, and coordination with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Download vehicle invoices daily from manufacturers and pre-stock vehicles Post received vehicles to accounting and prepare inventory jackets Process dealer trade postings, including issuing or collecting difference payments as needed Partner with the inventory manager to identify and resolve scanning discrepancies Floor new vehicles and post all flooring advances Update Reverse Risk twice weekly for vehicles not yet floored Review, clean, and submit inventory and dealer trade schedules to management on a weekly basis Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive inventory, dealership accounting, or related role preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of inventory processes, dealer trades, and flooring procedures preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Disclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
