This highly visible role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing large-scale contract partnerships with senior living systems and industry-leading operators. Youll play a crucial part in expanding Sodexos footprint by delivering innovative food, hospitality, and integrated services solutions that elevate the resident experience./ppIf you are a strategic sales professional with strong financial acumen, contract management expertise, and exceptional communication skillsand youre passionate about supporting the senior living communitythis could be your next step./ppThis is a field-based position ideally located near a major airport. Travel may be up to 50% to support prospecting, client engagement, and deal execution./ph2What Youll Do/h2olliLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, financial modeling, and contract negotiation./liliPartner with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure and negotiate pricing models, SLAs, and governance structures that align with client priorities while mitigating risk to Sodexo./liliBuild strategic relationships with C-suite executives and client stakeholders to uncover needs, co-create solutions, and establish long-term partnerships./liliMaintain a disciplined pipeline in Salesforce and lead proactive pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning aligned with business goals./liliSupport client retention and rebid efforts in collaboration with operations and segment leadership./liliBuild strategic account plans and facilitate executive business reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives./liliMonitor market trends and competitive activity to inform go-to-market strategies, influence commercial offers, and position Sodexo for sustained growth./li/olh2What We Offer/h2pCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidates education level or years of relevant experience.
