Technical Expertise Electrical Testing and Analysis: Perform comprehensive electrical tests, including high-current, relay, cable, and transformer oil testing, and analyze results to ensure system reliability. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, providing recommendations for repairs or replacements to maintain system integrity. Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect, test, and maintain low, medium, and high-voltage equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical testing, maintenance, or field services, preferably in low, medium, and high-voltage systems. NETA Level II, III, or IV certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification within the first year. Proficiency in electrical testing equipment, troubleshooting techniques, and schematic interpretation. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage projects effectively. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, NETA standards, and industry safety protocols. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and report writing. Ability to work in various field conditions, lift heavy equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks.
