We are seeking a courageous and intelligent individual to serve as a law enforcement professional in the protection of high-profile government officials, diplomatic missions, and foreign embassies. Key Responsibilities Provide protection for high-risk individuals and assets in the Washington D.C. area. Enforce protective responsibilities as mandated by law. Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen. Possess a valid U.S. driver's license. Be at least age 20 and less than age 37 (or 40 with veteran's preference). Carry and use a firearm proficiently. Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular or corrected visual acuity of 20/20 in each eye. Hearing loss should not exceed 25 decibels in either ear. Pass a drug test prior to appointment and random testing while occupying the position. Complete intensive training and specialized training programs. Certify registration with the Selective Service System or exemption if born after December 31, 1959.
