As a Full-Time Music Therapist at Bella Home Health and Hospice, you will engage in a variety of fulfilling daily activities aimed at enhancing client well-being. You will conduct one-on-one music therapy sessions tailored to individual needs, utilizing various instruments and therapeutic techniques. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will assess client progress and document outcomes to ensure effective care plans. • To thrive as a Full-Time Music Therapist at Bella Home Health and Hospice, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Music with a concentration in Music Therapy, or preferably a Master's Degree in the same field.
• Certification from the Certification Board for Music Therapists is essential, with Board Certified or Hospice and Palliative Care certifications being highly desirable.
• Experience working with terminally ill patients and their families is also a significant asset.
• Successful candidates will exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, enabling them to connect with clients and their families effectively.
