We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Developer (Hybrid Onsite) for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in Charlotte, NC. This role requires you to work onsite 3 days a week and 2 days remotely.
Overview:
This D365 Solutions Developer will play a key role on an IT team that is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CE and Azure solutions to work effectively. You will work with the scrum team to determine how technology can improve the applicant and client user experience. You will help improve and increase business while bringing new ways to use technology internally and with their clients.
Responsibilities:
Code, test, debug, and document software solutions using appropriate processes, tools frameworks, libraries, patterns, best practices, and standards
Execute configuration and developing the software
Implementation, customization and configuration of D365 and Azure Solutions
Collaborate with other members of the team to integrate the different app components per user specifications
Review your own code for quality and participate in code review sessions
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing solution and resolve these issues in in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate cross-channel about team issues and updates that may affect other project areas
Scrum with co-workers on problems to help brainstorm best solutions for business requirements
Ensure solution security best practices and standards are met throughout the solution
Discover and implement innovative technologies that yield a competitive advantage
Work with onsite and offshore development team members to deliver full solutions
Come up with ideas that will increase business, improve customer service, and reduce costs
Requirements:
Experience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365
3+ years of experience implementing solutions in cloud-based engagements.
3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience, including experience in other MS Dynamics modules
Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript libraries
Experience integrating and extending Dynamics 365 apps (Customer Engagement Modules)
Strong ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes.
Experience developing Canvas Apps, Model Driven apps and Power Pages and Portals
Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps
Experience developing custom connectors against 3rd party or in-house APIs
Experience designing and delivering enterprise level Highly Available solutions
Relevant D365 certifications is a plus
Knowledge of PowerShell, Source Control, JSON and deployment automation
Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, environments, security, permissions, governance and application lifecycle management (ALM).
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including CI/CD Pipelines, Boards/Sprints and Wiki functionality
Knowledge of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD (specifically AD B2C), Conditional Access, Azure AD Proxy, SAML and Active Directory Domain Services
Proven track record of meeting SLA's and meeting customer expectations
Significant knowledge and application of system design and development principles and governance, project management methodologies, service management principles, and technology architectures
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
Willingness to work directly with customers to investigate, gather product feedback, and solve problems
Experience developing Bots in Power Virtual Agents (Bot Framework, Q&A maker) is a plus
Must be self-motivated and directed with superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. Should be organized with strong interpersonal communication skills.
