PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Essential Job Duties ? Separation of all Ferrous and Non-Ferrous material in Metals' House ? Process material to send to mills ? Weigh and tag all processed material ? Keep all work areas clean and free of debris ? Daily communication with Recycling Manager 2. Qualifications and Experience ? Material handlers experience a plus ? Self-motivated ? Forklift certified ? Skid Steer experience a plus ? Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous material a plus ? Previous supervision experience ? Organizational skills 3. Physical Requirements ? Ability to lift up to 100lbs ? Must be able to stand for long periods of time ? Ability to walk, bend, twist, turn and lift ? Must be able to tolerate outdoor elements 4. Environmental Requirements ? PPE required ? Concrete floor ? Exposure to outdoor elements
