Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW‑C, LISW, or LP).
• Pay: $111–$158 per hour, based on provider license type, session location, and session types.
• Therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in‑person sessions; we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists to share space.
