*Member Service Representative * *Location: *Pensacola, FL *Pay Rate: *$17.50/hr *Start Date: *05/11/2026 *Training Schedule: *7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST (Onsite Only) *Work Schedule - Hybrid/Onsite: *Between 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM CST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window) * * *About the Role:* We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives (MSRs). * *As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service. * * *What You'll Do:*
* Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs * Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns * Provide exceptional customer service and support * Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures *What We're Looking For:*
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment * Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members * Reliable and punctual, especially during training #priorityeast26 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
