Duration: 6 Months

Shift: Night shift (Mon, Tue, Thur, Friday 6 pm to 4:30 am)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support workplace safety and health initiatives. As a member of the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team, you will provide direct medical support, assist with injury prevention, and play a key role in employee wellness and emergency response at the site.

Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid, CPR, and AED care for workplace injuries and illnesses. Triage, assess, and refer employees to external medical providers as needed. Maintain accurate records of all medical care and case management documentation. Support and track workers’ compensation cases and return-to-work programs. Participate in safety meetings, new hire orientations, and daily injury prevention efforts. Monitor employee safety behaviors and coach on best practices to minimize risk. Maintain a clean and organized medical area and ensure adequate supply inventory. Assist with random drug testing procedures and emergency response protocols. Keep required certifications current and assist in certifying others in First Aid/CPR/AED.

Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross EMT License or Paramedic Certification (State or NREMT)
