Position Description: A Mechanical Designer will be an integral team member in the continued growth of the E3M Solutions engineering team both on internal turn-key projects and external engineering projects (design/build, design/assist, bid/spec).
Accountabilities: Deliver high-quality designs that meet codes and client needs Coordinate system integration with other disciplines Designing sustainable solutions while maintaining fiscal responsibility and meeting client expectations Communicate to clients and stakeholders clearly, concisely and timely Own your passion for continuous development and project accountability

Technical Responsibilities: Prepares system layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics for mechanical systems including, but not limited to, the following: HVAC & Plumbing Systems DDC Controls Systems Compressed Air Systems Process Related Systems Alternative Energy Systems
Review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specifications Occasionally visits job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress. Assist in maintaining standards & tools for engineering
Position Requirements: Technical Certification and/or 10+ years relevant experience - Required 5+ years of HVAC experience Required Strong knowledge of mechanical/plumbing and energy codes and standards. AutoCAD & Revit Proficiency Required Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc) & Bluebeam Revu Required Trane Trace or other Energy Modeling Proficiency Required
