Mechanic Specialist PRN

Job Summary and Qualifications: As a Mechanic Specialist, you will support the mission of our hospital by optimizing the quality of life of our patients. Your duties will include (but not limited to):

• Support the mission of our hospital by optimizing the quality of life of our patients
• Complete general maintenance, general plumbing, general HVAC, and general electrical work orders on patient floors
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections
• Assist your team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment

You are:

• Able to read and speak English

Qualifications: HS Diploma or Equivalent, At least 2 years of experience completing general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work orders

Must have a telephone, available transportation, and be able to respond to work immediately in case of an emergency. Must be available for on-call flexible shifts and long working hours in emergency situations. Must have a valid Colorado Driver's license with no more than two tickets in two years and three tickets in five years preferred to drive company vehicle.
