As a Material Handler, you'll accurately move and process merchandise while supporting warehouse tasks like picking, packing, shipping, and inventory. You'll work both independently and with a team, and a basic understanding of cGMPs is preferred.
Pay:
1st Shift: $17.50/hr
2nd Shift: $19.50/hr
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM, Sunday - Tuesday or Thursday - Saturday
(Mandatory extra shifts up to 5 days/week in September)
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sunday - Tuesday or Thursday - Saturday
(Mandatory overtime with shifts up to 12 hours during September depending on workload)
Responsibilities:
Follow all safety policies and company procedures
Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products
Pick, pack, sort, re-bag, re-ticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as needed
Verify product accuracy and assign product locations
Enter data manually, via computer, or using RF scanners
Conduct product counts and reconciliations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow dress code and professional appearance standards
Collaborate effectively with teammates and supervisors
Maintain department equipment, skids, slips, and supplies
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Ability to work well in a team environment
May require certification to operate warehouse motor vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Comfortable operating hand and power equipment safely
Basic math and computer skills
