The Master Scheduler serves as the planning focal across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management, and Customer Service to ensure schedule adherence, responsiveness to demand shifts, and alignment with operational and financial goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in production planning, excellent analytical capabilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Incorporate changes from forecast updates, engineering revisions, and production shifts in a timely and structured manner. * Lead and facilitate key SIOP meetings, including the monthly Demand and Supply Reviews, ensuring inputs are accurate, variances are explained, and plans are aligned with broader business objectives and financial targets. * Leverage digital planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, or similar) to generate and interpret X-Charts, performance dashboards, and scenario analysis. Use trend insights to drive proactive scheduling decisions and flag risks to delivery, capacity, or material availability. * Own the Latest Estimate (LE) planning process, coordinating with cross-functional partners to align operational schedules with financial forecasts, production capacity, and customer priorities. * Monitor and manage intercompany Purchase Orders (POs) and planned supply transactions, resolving issues that could impact production flow or customer delivery commitments. * Maintain clean and accurate planning data, including Planned Independent Requirements (PIRs) and other demand drivers in the ERP system, to ensure effective system-generated planning signals. * Attend and analyze cross-functional Delivery Assurance (DA) calls and readiness reviews, identifying risks to customer commits and leading recovery or mitigation actions as needed. * Prepare and present Past Due reports weekly, with root cause analysis and corrective actions to drive improved on-time delivery and schedule adherence. * Support Engineering and Program teams by reviewing and providing input on Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), ensuring planning impacts are understood and incorporated into the schedule. * Conduct ongoing root cause analysis to identify planning gaps or material flow disruptions; recommend and implement corrective actions that increase schedule stability and reduce variability. * Identify and drive process improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, improve material availability, reduce past-due orders, and optimize inventory turns. * Serve as a master scheduling and material planning subject matter expert, mentoring peers and championing standard processes, planning disciplines, and system best practices across the organization.
