We are excited to invite married couples to apply for the role of flex houseparents. As flex houseparents, you will reside in a welcoming on-campus student home and support a close-knit group of 8-12 students. This meaningful position involves creating a nurturing family atmosphere, guiding students through essential life skills, and managing various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to a specific residence. Why Join Us? Competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $165,000 per couple, including free housing , meals while on duty , utilities , and more. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, including personal time while students are at school. Three-week paid summer vacation. Qualifications: Experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly in underserved communities. Couples must have been legally married for at least two years. Both partners should be at least 27 years old. Maximum of three dependent children may reside in the student home. Ability to adhere to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus policy, with no alcohol consumption while on duty. Pet restrictions apply: only fish and one dog of approved breeds are allowed. Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to obtain certification to drive student home vans. Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (note: proselytizing is prohibited). High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Demonstrated integrity is essential, as all staff serve as role models for students. Both spouses must submit individual employment applications.
