Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones. Drive the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Meeting Management & Support : Expertly prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, and meticulously document key decisions and action items. Create compelling and visually engaging slide presentations and supporting materials for meetings and leadership updates. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various stakeholders across the Services Marketing & GTM team and the broader Customer Experience organization to ensure alignment and effective communication. Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Status Reporting : Regularly communicate project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders. Documentation & Organization : Maintain organized project documentation, ensuring easy access to relevant information. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management workflows. Marketing Exposure : Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives, fostering a deeper understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or equivalent work experience. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to develop high-quality slide presentations and supporting materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Curious with a genuine interest in developing marketing principles, practices, and skills. Degree in related discipline (Marketing, Sales, Business, ect) and/or equivalent work experience. Bonus Points: Experience working within a marketing or customer experience organization. Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira). Compensation: Up to $45.50 - $49.66/hr. (W2) Req# 209 6
