Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs and plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention in partnership with LSP Marketing Leadership and local agency partners for performance and media buys
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize these insights to guide marketing initiatives and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Own the boots on the ground initiatives such as canvassing, event marketing and local community relations
  • Partner with performance agencies to create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and product development, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive synergies such as promotions.
  • Partner with LSP Leadership to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and media outlets to drive strategic partnerships and enhance brand exposure.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices. Implement innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in LSP Regional Marketing meetings and share best practices across the platform with other marketing professionals

Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the home services industry or at an agency.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and present ideas effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
