The successful candidate will work closely with the VP FP&A for Product & Technology, focusing on process improvement, report standardization, and automation. Marketing FP&A Director - Product and Technology Responsibilities: Focus on reporting standardization, automation, and capex reconciliation. Identify opportunities for the P&T FP&A team to be more efficient, including evaluating the existing set of reporting, financial models, and other analyses and identifying opportunities for simplification, consistency, and automation. Evaluation of data structure for cost center and department realignment. Standardize P&T Forecast models (identify differences and help to determine best consistent model forward), including rolling forecast models. Support the coordination and consolidation of the long-range plan process across the P&T team, driving consistent template/models/descriptions of spend needs, coordinating deliverables and ensuring team meets deadlines Assist in designing monthly savings tracking and initiative updates, coordinating alignment with Corporate FP&A.. Marketing FP&A Director - Product and Technology Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a technology-driven organization. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus. Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Tempo, Jira, and Oracle. Experience in process design and standardization in workflows and reporting Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability mentor high-performing finance teams, with the ability to influence change. #PP
