Position Overview The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of our overall marketing strategy.
This role will drive brand management, digital engagement, content development, proposal creation, and internal/external communications.
You will collaborate with executive leadership, business development, and project teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation that positions us competitively in the construction marketplace.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
Define brand positioning and messaging that differentiate us in the industry.
Collaborate with leadership to identify marketing priorities and growth opportunities.
Digital & Content Marketing Oversee the website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
Lead content strategy, including project features, case studies, press releases, and video content.
Leverage analytics, SEO, and performance metrics to enhance visibility and lead generation.
Proposal & Business Development Support Lead the creation of customized proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
Partner with project teams to align messaging with client and market needs.
Creative Content Production Manage the development of marketing materials (graphic design, photography, videography).
Establish and maintain creative standards and workflows for the marketing department.
Events & Public Relations Coordinate corporate events, client appreciation initiatives, and community outreach.
Cultivate media relationships and secure coverage, speaking engagements, and press opportunities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
Background in construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial real estate preferred.
Expertise in B2B marketing, branding, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM tools, CMS platforms (e.g., Wix), and digital marketing technologies.
