Job Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing various B2B and channel marketing initiatives. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing to help manage programs for both ABA and VerusRx. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing, strong writing and communication skills, and a desire to grow within a dynamic healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support & Execution

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Support lead generation, client engagement, and retention efforts
  • Help manage timelines and deliverables for campaigns and projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment
  • Assist in creating content for newsletters, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and proposals
  • Help draft internal and external communications that support marketing initiatives
  • Support research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Assist in compiling report to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Support planning and logistics for internal and external events
  • Help maintain the marketing events calendar and coordinate materials for conferences and trade shows
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing collateral to support sales and account management teams
  • Work with creative and other cross-functional teams to produce marketing materials

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships included)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the PBM or TPA industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
