We produce adult sports leagues, events, engaging content, and local marketing campaigns that leverage these experiences and build lasting relationships. Your Role: As the Marketing Coordinator Client Success , you will lead the planning, strategy, and execution of marketing campaigns for our external clients from inbound sales lead to reporting along with and select internal marketing initiatives.

You will serve as the primary account and communications manager for all client-facing campaigns , ensuring each client receives a personalized, results-driven experience. This includes overseeing discovery and onboarding, developing tailored campaign strategies in collaboration with the CEO, and coordinating execution with our creative team.

This position also includes a commission structure tied to campaigns you help sell or grow . In addition to client campaigns, youll assist with high-priority in-house marketing efforts related to sports leagues, memberships, and branded content.

In this role, you will work closely with: Our In-House Marketing Coordinator Brand Success , who leads internal campaigns Our Marketing Design Coordinator , who supports creative development Our CEO , who provides strategic guidance and collaborates on client growth

Requirements: 35 years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and client relationships Comfortable handling strategy and hands-on execution Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in inbound lead management or sales support is a plus Proficient with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Asana (or similar project management tools) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines Confident presenting work and data to both internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities Breakdown: 60% Client Campaign Strategy, Execution & Success Lead the full lifecycle of client campaigns, from strategy and proposal to delivery and reporting Serve as the main point of contact and account manager for client relationships Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategic marketing packages tailored to client needs Coordinate internal team members to execute campaign elements (creative, content, timelines) Track campaign performance and deliver reporting and recommendations to clients Maintain proactive, responsive communication throughout each engagement

1015% Inbound Sales & Lead Management Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients Participate in discovery calls and help translate client needs into proposals Support lead nurturing and pipeline tracking using HubSpot Eligible for commission on campaigns sold or expanded through your efforts

2530% Internal Marketing Support Assist the Marketing Coordinator Brand Success in executing campaigns across Frays sports, membership, and content initiatives Contribute to digital marketing efforts such as email, social media, and advertising Help with cross-functional marketing initiatives as needed, ensuring consistency and quality Share performance insights and suggest optimizations to improve reach and engagement
