Ocean Ridge Litigation Support, founded in January 2024, is a rapidly growing consulting firm specializing in litigation support. With over thirty cases and five expert consultants already retained, we are in an exciting phase of expansion and infrastructure development. We are seeking a Team Lead / Account Executive (TL) to play a pivotal role in our organization. The TL will wear multiple hats: Mentor and manager of a team of independent consultants.
Active expert witness contributing billable hours to client cases.
Business developer fostering new client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

Marine Litigation Specialist   Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of expert consultants, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. Actively contribute billable hours as a retained subject matter expert in litigation cases. Build and maintain client relationships; serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and case management. Identify new business opportunities and promote Ocean Ridge’s consulting services to new and existing clients. Oversee consultant performance, ensuring timely and effective project delivery. Screen and assess new consultant candidates for client-fit and subject matter expertise. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, operations, finance) to ensure alignment across business functions. Provide constructive feedback to refine recruitment and client satisfaction strategies. Adhere to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and standards. Perform other duties as required to support company goals.
Marine Litigation Specialist    Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in maritime studies or a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred. Management-level maritime sailing experience strongly preferred. Minimum of 15 years of maritime and/or related industry experience. Prior experience providing expert witness testimony, including depositions, is strongly preferred. Candidates uncomfortable with depositions or adversarial environments will not be a good fit. #LI-Onsite
