Prior Motorcycle Mechanic/ Technician experience as well as a Motorcycle License are required for this position. Requirements:
* MMI Graduate Preferred and Manufacturer Certifications Preferred * 3+ years of verifiable motorcycle technician experience preferred * Master Certs or A/B level certifications preferred * Own a set of comprehensive tools * Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record * Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Self-motivated, organized and punctual
Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers * Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period * Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible * Request parts for the job * Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications. * Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, etc... * Notify Service Writer / Manager of additional work needed * Ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork * Maintain shop cleanliness * Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualification by completing any necessary training programs * Keep customers' vehicles cleaner than when it was dropped off
