While a college degree or retail experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Responsibilities Local management staff members report directly to their Area Supervisor. Key daily responsibilities include: Driving store growth through effective sales strategies, in-store promotions, and marketing initiatives. Conducting follow-up calls and mailings to engage with customers and strengthen relationships. Optimizing profitability by efficiently managing employees, inventory, and controlling expenses. Ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage—from the initial rental to timely delivery and continued merchandise support throughout the rental period. Overseeing cash flow, inventory management, purchasing, and accounts receivable to maintain company-approved standards. Recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel to build a competent and motivated team.
